Looking to set the record straight about his criminal record, Pac Man Jones has launched the "Makin' it rain...innocence!" 2007 live speaking engagement tour. "Once and for all I'm going to prove that I am a good person," Jones said. "Yeah, I admit that I've made some poor decisions, but who among us hasn't made a few dozen mistakes in their life? My mistakes are just magnified because I'm famous and because occasionally somebody gets shot as a result of my mistakes."
Jones, suspended by the NFL for the entire 2007 season because of his persistent off-field troubles, has been vocal about the media exaggerating his arrest record, pointing out that he's only "actually been arrested twice, the rest was just warrants and shit."
Jones is expected to speak mainly in smaller venues such as YMCAs and strip clubs with a capacity of less than 150 people.
"I'm just gonna get out there and spread the word that even though I leave a path of ruination and paralysis in my wake every time I leave the house, I deserve a 27th chance," he said. "I promise, you won't be sorry."

You make some valid points. Personally, I think Vick and Pac-Man should be celebrated for their courage to know the difference between right and wrong and still choosing to do what is wrong. Think of the milions of people learning this lesson all at the cost of a few measly dogs (probably mean ones anyway) and some (probably fun) police chases.
I know the next time I am in a moral dilema, I am going to go with the little devil on my shoulder.
Sincerely,
